I turn high-stakes ideas into products that actually ship.

I work with founders and executives on projects that matter too much to hand off to a typical delivery vendor — from strategy to product to execution, I stay in the room until it works.

Ideas are easy. Execution is rare.

Some of the best projects never make it onto a page like this.

Ways I work

Four honest shapes an engagement takes. Which one fits usually becomes obvious in the first conversation.

01

I build it

You have an ambitious product, platform or AI initiative and need it to exist. My team and I take it from shape to shipped, with me involved in the decisions that determine whether it works.

Typically €100k+ engagements.

02

I shape it with you

The idea is real but the path is not. A short, dense period of work where we cut it down to what matters, decide what gets built, and agree how you will know it worked.

Strategic advisory, retained or project-based.

03

We build it together

A joint venture. You bring market, distribution or capital; I bring the technology and the operating discipline. We own the outcome together rather than trading hours for money.

Partnership or JV.

04

I back it

Occasionally I invest, usually where I can also be useful. Small cheques, real involvement, no board theatre.

Early stage, selective.

About Alex

I started in software, then ran Cryptoway from 2017 to 2023 — first blockchain mining, then web3 software. In 2023 I founded Inocode and, in 2026, launched CEX.md.

Between 2017 and 2023 I helped web3 companies scale to more than €1 million in weekly sales through digitalisation. I've also replaced the manual middle in compliance, health and safety, and photovoltaics businesses — the same pattern every time: find where work stalls, then build the system that removes it.

What I'm useful for is the space between an idea and a working business. I like the unglamorous parts — deciding what not to build, owning the piece nobody wants, keeping a project honest when the first version turns out harder than the slide suggested.

More about how I work

“The calls that make or break a product happen in week nine, not week one. I want to be in the room for them.”
